Groups for adults, aged people

We organize sample tasting sessions as well as presentations of the Cretan Diet philosophy. We don’t teach Cretan diet recipes , but the advantages of the way we cook e.g. using plenty of olive oil in all our cooking, the edible wild greens consumed in large quantities(no other people consume them in such quantities) as well as the use of herbs and aromatic plants used widely for flavouring.
Last but not least, we give emphasis to the fact that we use local products which are in season, and we don’t follow recipes only, but use our imagination depending on the season and the available ingredients.
