In "Botanical Park of Crete" organized tastings and cooking classes, in which is promoting many endemic Cretan products: native herbs of Crete, Cretan wines from old varieties (such Romeiko, Vilana), cheese (such as cheese and cream cheese), and many weeds local products. The emphasis is not so much the recipe, but in philosophy and imagination in cooking even today women of Crete. The tastings take place most often in groups visiting the park on a daily basis during the summer.
